SALARY: €40-50k annually depending on experience

LOCATION: Willich, Germany (During the training, needs to commute everyday)
WORKING HOURS: start: 8:00-9:00 / finish: 16:00-17:00 lunch break: 45min
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be involved in project-related work with purchasing as well as sales and costing
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-up
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Provide support to the sales team by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up appointments
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently using system
- Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, warehouse, and finance to ensure timely delivery and payment processing
- Monitor order status and proactively address any issues or delays to ensure customer satisfaction
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- At least 5 years of professional experience (Manufacturing industry background is preferred)
- Knowledge of Logistics (import, export) and Customs are needed
- Fluent in English, and some understanding of Japanese culture/Japanese skill is advantageous
- Advanced Excel skill is advantageous
