You will work closely with dealers and warehouse colleagues to ensure all orders are fulfilled correctly, and be responsible for visiting dealers in Germany, creating business strategy, and market research as well.
Business level of English and German as well as parts management experience in the automotive, semiconductor, electronic parts, or similar industry are required for this role.

HOURS : 9:00-17:30 from Monday to Friday (40h/week, hybrid working after training period)
SALARY : €49-57k (total package, depending on experience)

LOCATION : Lelystad, The Netherlands
German-speaking Account Manager RESPONSIBILITIES:
・Work with dealers and spare parts warehouse colleagues to ensure all orders are fulfilled correctly which includes making sure to upload correct parts numbers, shipment plans, correct discount levels etc.
・Work with the technical department to answer correctly to dealer technical queries
・Work with suppliers and Japan office in particular to solve a spare parts’ outstanding issues in a timely manner and take action to prevent further problems
・Monitor priorities of dealer orders according to their ordering request such as breakdown orders or stock orders
・Visit dealers and clarify improvement areas
・Develop regional parts sales and marketing strategy to help dealers to improve their aftersales service capabilities
・Develop and plan sales promotional campaigns where necessary based on data-driven analysis
・Monitor pricing levels by parts categories in your assigned territories and make recommendations in order for them to stay competitive
・Monitor dealer inventory levels and make stocking recommendations
・Make parts recommendation list to new dealers and also for newly launched models
・Propose and execute ideas for the improvement of daily operation such as systemization, standardization and efficient workflow
German-speaking Account Manager QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:
・Proven track record of at least 3+ years of parts management experience in the automotive, semiconductor, electronic parts, or similar industry
・Good understanding of mechanical products and familiar to read parts Manuals/books
・A team worker and flexible to support others
・Ability to communicate internally and externally with persons / stakeholders who have different cultural background
・Excellent customer service and communication skills
・Flexible to travel in Germany for dealer visits
・Computer skills and operation experience of SAP is a plus
・Business level of English and German are required
・Fluent in French and Italian languages are welcome
