A well-established global trading house based in central London is urgently seeking an Office Manager to join their small team for a 12-month fixed term contract (with potential to extend depending on performance and workload).
This role will the office relocation projects in various locations in the UK and some European branches. This will work closely with General Affairs, General Manager, and report line to HQ in Japan.

Ideal candidate will have great communication skills, experience working in a corporate environment, and excellent project management skills.

TYPE: 12-month Fixed Term Contract, full-time (with potential to extend)
WORKING HOURS: 9:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday
SALARY: £55K depending on experience, plus benefits
START: ASAP
LOCATION: Central London with hybrid working conditions

OFFICE MANAGER MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
*Oversee the technical aspects of any office relocations and alterations in Europe bloc
*Liaising with project management company regarding office relocations
*Supporting the Administration Manager on the internal approval process for “Company Asset Management” in Europe bloc, including enhancing of company rules/regulations, communicating with relevant parties and supervising other department/office staff
*Facilities management
*To coordinate with different stakeholders
*To manage any major issues and risks in relation to office relocation
*To manage any project budgets regarding office relocation
*Providing support to the GM of the department with other ad hoc projects/tasks as and when requested 

Relationships
*All relevant staff, GMs, Officers and Office Heads in Europe and other Europe bloc offices.
*Relevant Head Quarter staff and GMs.
*External Specialists (consultants, trainers, law firms, etc.)

OFFICE MANAGER IDEAL CANDIDATE
*Bachelor degree
*Experience in office relocation
*Previous experience of working for a large company beneficial but not essential
*Project management & Office management
*Reviewing lease documents and rules and regulations
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
*Strong negotiation skills;
*Presentation and facilitation skills;
*Numerical, financial, researching and analytical skills;
*Report writing skills;
*Influencing and negotiation skills;
*Cultural empathy and diplomacy;
*Ability to quickly build credible relationships with managers, staff;
*Ability to understand specific project goals and how they fit with broader strategic initiatives
